Placing Your Order

Pick a category from the left menu. To pick a product you will have to pick a subcategory, then pick a product.

Building a Shopping List
Locate the item(s) you want by using the product category.
When you locate an item you would like to order, click on the “BUY NOW” button. This will add that product to your Shopping Cart List. If you would like to shop more, continue to browsing by product category. If you are finished shopping, click on the “BASKET” button, located at the top of the page. Repeat the steps above until you are finished building your Shopping List. If you would like to remove items from your list, just click on the "BASKET" to retrieve your list. When the list appears, click on the "Delete" button next to each item that you would like to remove.

Ordering from a Shopping List
Review the items on your list. Specify the quantity of each item you would like to order. The default quantity for each item is “1”. Remove any items you do not wish to purchase by clicking on the “Delete” button listed next to each item. When you finished reviewing your list, click on the “CHECKOUT" button.
You will be asked to sign up or if you already have an account with us you can simply login.
A Billing & Shipping information is then displayed where you will input your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card info, and any special instructions for your purchase.

If everything on the Order page is correct, click on the “PROCESS ORDER” button to complete the transaction.
After you are done shopping you will receive a “Order Receipt” looks something like this "Order Receipt: #1092874959" make sure you print this page out and keep it in your records.


Ordering Policy/Payment Methods

Please place orders online through our website. We do accept orders over the phone (888-760-0228). ACNT.com accepts the following payment methods:

Address Verification

Address verification is a precautionary measure ACNT.com performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.

If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact your bank using the bank number you have provided to verify this information after you've placed an order. Please allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address.

Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply give us a call at # 1-888 760 0228 to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.

Orders with the same billing and shipping address are more likely to ship same-day.


Tracking Your Order

To track your ACNT.com order, click "Tracking" in the top right corner of any page. Log in to your account to retrieve your tracking or delivery confirmation number by using the username and password you used while registering with us. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can check again on the estimated delivery date to get your tracking number.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Shipping Method
Orders received by 3:00 PM Pacific (6:00PM Eastern) will usually ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00PM PST will usually ship the next day. We do not guarantee same day shipping, however we do try to process orders within the same day assuming that are items are in stock. All shipping charges are for actual shipping and we do not charge handling fees. If you feel your order was calculated with inaccurate shipping, please email the Webmaster. For the protection of all of our customers, we will only ship orders to a verified billing address. If your shipping address is not on file with your credit card company or bank, your order will be placed on hold. If your order is very time sensitive, please call us and verify that everything is in stock and ready to ship before you place your order. NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ACCEPTED.
Products that qualify for "Free Shipping" only apply to the lower 48 states.
Shipping rates do not apply for heavy/fragile items such as televisions, these products may be shipped by trucking. For these items you will be quoted the proper shipping after checkout.

Please note that our inventory is updated every few hours. We do not have a full real-time inventory system. If you your order is very time sensitive, please call us and verify that everything is in stock before placing your order.

  • Actual charge depends on exact weight, size, shipping methods, and your distance from Brea, California.
  • You will see the shipping cost before placing a firm order.

  • Shipping cost as a percentage of the total order amount goes down significantly with increasing total order amount. The more you order, the more you save on shipping.

Typographical Errors

Return Policy & Terms and conditions of Sale

All sales are subject to following terms and conditions:
All products sold by ACNT.com superstores are covered under our 15 day guarantee against defects. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or ACNT.com restrictions within 15 days from the date of purchase. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by ACNT.com or the product manufacturer. Contact our Customer Service department for full details.

Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. ACNT.com does not ship to APO addresses.

We issue store credit or refund for up-to 15 days on items returned in saleable condition from the date of purchase subject to restocking fees of upto 25%.

Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

  • All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Defective software and consumables are returnable for exchange only.
  • Certain hardware items and all custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement. Please see product page for specific details.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
  • Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.

CPU and Memory products may not be returned for credit/refund.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.


We do not cross-ship replacement products.

To return a product, the customer must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number from our RMA department.
To help process your returns for request more efficiently please use our online RMA form.

You may also call (714) 990-1005 x209 to get a RMA (returning merchandise authorization number). Please have the following ready before you call:

  • Copy of your invoice.
  • Item number and description of the item you want to return.
  • Brief description of the problem.

Please do not walk-in to any of our stores to exchange or demand credit, our stores cannot and will not be able to process your request. Defective merchandise has to be shipped to the following address with a proper RMA number
