1. How do I place an order ?
Pick a category from the left menu. To pick a product you will have to pick a subcategory, then pick a product.
:Building a Shopping List Locate the item(s) you want by using the product category. When you locate an item you would like to order, click on the BUY NOW button. This will add that product to your Shopping Cart List.If you would like to shop more, continue to browsing by product category. If you are finished shopping, click on the BASKET button, located at the top of the page. Repeat the steps above until you are finished building your Shopping List. If you would like to remove items from your list, just click on the "BASKET" to retrieve your list. When the list appears, click on the "Delete" button next to each item that you would like to remove.
:Ordering from a Shopping List Review the items on your list. Specify the quantity of each item you would like to order. The default quantity for each item is 1. Remove any items you do not wish to purchase by clicking on the Delete button listed next to each item. When you finished reviewing your list, click on the CHECKOUT" button. You will be asked to sign up or if you already have an account with us you can simply login. A Billing & Shipping information is then displayed where you will input your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card info, and any special instructions for your purchase. If everything on the Order page is correct, click on the PROCESS ORDER button to complete the transaction.
After you are done shopping you will receive a Order Receipt looks something like this "Order Receipt: #1092874959" make sure you print this page out and keep it in your records.
2. Do you accept International orders?
We do not accept any international orders at this time.
3. Is my order subject to state sales tax?
All orders shipped within California are subject to sales tax at the rate of 7.75%.
4. What are terms and conditions of sale and returns policy?
All sales are subject to following terms and conditions: All products sold by ACNT.com superstores are covered under our 30 day guarantee against defects. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or ACNT.com restrictions within 15 days from the date of purchase. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by ACNT.com or the product manufacturer. Contact our Customer Servicedepartment for full details.
Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. ACNT.com does not ship to APO addresses.
We issue store credit or refund for up-to 15 days on items returned in saleable condition from the date of purchase subject to restocking fees of upto 25%.

Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions: 1. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. 2. Defective software and consumables are returnable for exchange only. 3. Certain hardware items and all custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement. Please see product page for specific details. 4. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. 5. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
CPU and Memory products may not be returned for credit/refund. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
We do not cross-ship replacement products. To help process your returns for request more efficiently please use our online RMA form.

You may also call (714) 990-1005 x103 to get a RMA (returning merchandise authorization number). Please have the following ready before you call: *copy of your invoice. *Item number and description of the item you want to return. *Brief description of the problem.
Please do not walk-in to any of our stores to exchange or demand credit, our stores cannot and will not be able to process your request. Defective merchandise has to be shipped to the following address with a proper RMA number

5. What is your product warranty/technical support policy?
ACNT.com (Classic Computers, Inc.) Customer Service does not provide product support, and as such, we are not able to answer hardware or software compatibility questions. Please refer to the respective manufacturer's site for this information.
6. How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Our charges for shipping and handling are very reasonable and include full insurance coverage until your receipt.
7. Do I get the on-line prices at any of your locations?
No, it may not be possible on all or some of the items. Due to lower cost of operation of an on-line store we are able to pass on exceptionally lower prices to you. Some of our locations are individually owned and operated, they might not be able to sell some or all of the items at the on-line prices.
Our stores offer exceptionally good service at very competitive prices and plus you don't have to pay for shipping and handling.
